Belinda is Head of Executive Search, responsible for our high-level talent recruitment business in China. Along with her team of consultants, she provides talent planning, selection, and development for companies during transition and rapid development periods.
Belinda joined LHH in 2022 having spent five years previously at Michael Page as an Associate Director. Since joining, she has established the executive search division in China and successfully built a team that can now serve a full range world-class executive search services to the entire Chinese market. Not only that, but Belinda is also an LHH top performer, heading up one of the most productive commercial teams in the North of China.
Belinda graduated from the University of Sheffield and has now worked in executive level recruitment for more than 10 years. She operates from China.
