Deborah is the Executive Search Team Lead for LHH Italy. She has been working in the consulting world for more than 18 years and has a deep knowledge of the business landscape, including how to identify customer need and address it effectively.
Deborah joined LHH in 2022 with a long track record in the industrial sector, including specialist experience in manufacturing, automation, machinery, and packaging. Her previous experience is wide-ranging, covering the entire value chain from R&D, to operations, sales, and executive leadership.
As a graduate in foreign languages and literature from the University of Trieste, Deborah completed an Executive MBA from Bologna Business School in 2016. She is a great lover of history and languages and speaks fluent Italian, English, and German and has good knowledge of French and Russian. Deborah currently operates from Italy.
